This native wildflower is found in British Columbia, Washington and Oregon. Douglas Aster is a perennial and can reach 3ft tall. It blooms from mid August to September. This is a great pollinator plant for late season insects. The plant is deer resistant and spreads via its rhizomes. It grows best in full sun.
