This native wildflowers grows throughout the West Coast and the cluster flowers are important nectar and pollen sources for a variety of insects. It is a a hardy herbaceous, evergreen perennial plant hardy 8. It produces globe-shaped clusters of pink flowers that bloom in late spring or early summer. The lower foliage is mounding with grass like leaves. Plants reach a height of 6 to 12 inches wide and high. They grow best in well draining full sun habitats.
